Welcome to the new Jump Send! 

We hope you love the new look as much as we do!

Let’s talk about what’s changed in your account...first, remember that drop down menu you had to access your account? Well, that's gone!

You can now navigate to your  My Account section by simply clicking on the icon on the top-right corner of your homepage:

Once you go into the new 'My Account' section, you will have all your account information at your fingertips and you will be able to edit it as needed. You can do all kinds of things, like changing your  email and password:

If you scroll down a little further, you will see the option to enable 2-Factor authentication, to get extra security added to your account:

In the Billing Information field, you can Remove your current card and then add a new one; below that, you can also edit your plan and see your Billing history:

If you click on the Subscription Plan box in the Subscription Information field, a pop-up window will appear, allowing you to change your subscription, upgrading or downgrading to a new plan:

 

To get your past receipts and payments, click on the  Billing History button and you will be taken to a new tab to get those receipts:

At the bottom of the page, you will see the following options:

  • which Notifications you receive by email
  • log out of your Jump Send account
  • switch to your shopper account if you have one
